Join a global financial services environment supporting front office technology delivery for capital markets and derivatives trading. This team operates in a fast-paced, highly visible setting where project execution, stakeholder communication, and strong understanding of trading workflows are critical to supporting technology initiatives across the business.

Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in New York, NY, supporting front office technology initiatives within a sell-side trading environment. The role offers exposure to derivatives trading workflows, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

• Manage technology deliverables supporting sell-side front office trading initiatives.
• Coordinate project execution across business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
• Use Agile practices and JIRA to track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Help ensure business requirements, technical workstreams, and delivery timelines remain aligned.
• Support full SDLC coordination from planning and requirements through implementation and production readiness.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across front office, technology, and related teams.

• 5–7 years of relevant project management, business analysis, product ownership, or technology delivery experience.
• Prior experience working directly in a sell-side front office environment is required.
• Strong understanding of derivatives trading flows, front-to-back trade lifecycle, or related capital markets workflows.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with strong JIRA project tracking and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, technology operations, delivery risks, and implementation coordination.
• Technical background as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or technology project lead is strongly preferred.
