This role offers the opportunity to support Agile delivery across one or more teams and initiatives, with exposure to both Scrum Master and Program Manager responsibilities. The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, IT leaders, and delivery teams to improve team effectiveness, backlog health, and value delivery.

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure the team backlog is prioritized, refined, and aligned to business value.
• Help maintain 2–3 sprints of groomed, ready work by balancing stakeholder requests with technical needs.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban events, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, workflow reviews, and replenishment sessions.
• Coach teams toward stronger self-organization, cross-functionality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Remove delivery impediments, protect teams from outside distractions, and ensure teams have what they need to execute successfully.
• Support team understanding of goals, scope, product backlog priorities, and Agile delivery expectations.
• Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, progress, and value delivery.
• Use metrics and team feedback to identify improvement opportunities and coach teams toward better delivery performance.
• Support one or more initiatives tied to a business line or vertical, helping ensure alignment with broader business roadmaps.
• Serve as a delivery partner to business and IT leaders by helping teams adapt processes, behaviors, and ways of working for successful Agile execution.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience supporting Agile delivery, Scrum teams, Kanban teams, or technology delivery initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and related delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and helping teams improve sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and delivery execution.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams as a servant leader while promoting accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, issue management, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and ROI.
• Understanding of software development processes, Agile metrics, and team performance indicators.
• Ability to track, interpret, and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, progress, and value delivery.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business, IT, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balance competing priorities, and support program-level delivery needs when required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or college/technical coursework in Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Scrum Master certification preferred.
