Join a fast-paced recruiting team focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, data, cloud, cybersecurity, product, and IT operations roles. This team partners closely with hiring leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
This role offers the opportunity to support high-impact hiring initiatives, work with a wide range of technical skill sets, and strengthen expertise in full-cycle recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will have visibility into workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and market intelligence.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT roles, from intake through offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, technical must-haves, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, resume databases, and talent communities.
- Screen candidates for technical experience, communication skills, work authorization, availability, compensation alignment, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage candidate communication, and support offer processes.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate notes, and pipeline status within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring, and sourcing challenges.
- Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, IT, engineering, product, or digital roles.
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates for roles such as software engineers, cloud engineers, data professionals, business analysts, project managers, network engineers, cybersecurity professionals, QA testers, or infrastructure specialists.
- Strong understanding of common technical skill sets, tools, platforms, and terminology across IT and software development.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, Boolean search, and candidate outreach tools.
- Ability to conduct effective intake meetings and translate hiring manager requirements into sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple openings, shifting priorities, and high-volume recruiting activity.
- Ability to assess candidate fit beyond keywords, including project scope, technical depth, environment, and business context.
- Strong attention to detail when documenting candidate qualifications, screening notes, and submittal writeups.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
