What you need to bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required, Master's preferred.
• 5 years minimum of full-time work experience in building structural design.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment that requires multi-tasking.
• Experience delegating tasks and working independently within a broader team.
• Technical expertise in at least one material and market type.
• Highly organized with great time management.
• A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
