As a Product Owner, you'll be the go-to expert for your domain and bridge the product gap between the technical and non-technical. Be a part of an agile environment where you truly feel the impact of your work and are empowered to be creative and take risks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues
- Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows
- Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators
- Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required
- Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries
- Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers
- Monitor and report on KPIs and user behaviors post-launch and devise, design, develop and deploy project optimizations where needed
- Work with Data Analysts to leverage data to understand the Product and user behavior in detail
- Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders
- Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases
- Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows
- Work closely with other POs to assess any potential existing services or features on other products which could benefit our product
What you’ll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above
- A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering
- Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people
- Experience in an agile environment
Nice to haves:
- Scrum certified
- QA experience
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence
- Analytics and reporting experience
