IT Support Specialist

To keep up with our rapid growth we are looking for an IT Support Specialist.

What will you be doing in this role

You will be providing IT support to our staff. Together with the team you will manage our internal IT operations from A to Z.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the life-cycle of the devices: purchases, installation, configuration, account management, software upgrades and device off-boarding
• Troubleshooting the issues your colleagues may have with their devices, accounts, network and printers
• Managing the software licenses

Requirements:

• Excellent with computers and knows macOS and Windows operating systems
• You know how to keep the devices, systems and services secure
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills
• You are not afraid of a few terminal commands
• You can manage various business partners and vendors
• Fluent in English
• You have min. 1 years of experience in a similar role

Additional information

• You are already based in Turkey
• We do not offer relocation for this position
• We are looking for someone to cover an afternoon shift 12pm to 8pm.
