Senior IT Project Manager

Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.

Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets, and KPIs.

Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners.

Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews.

Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and closure documents.

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, processes, and governance.

Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects.

Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, depending on project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT project management or technology delivery.

Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.

Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure environments.

Experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource management, and reporting.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification.

Experience in digital transformation, government, enterprise, or large-scale technology projects.

Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
