Role Summary

The Program Manager, Enablement is a junior-to-mid level program management role within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). The role supports enterprise enablement leaders by driving day-to-day program management for cross-functional initiatives across the Medical Office, the Science Office (for non-product-specific work), and the Chief Business & Innovation Office (CBIO).

This role functions as a traditional program/project manager—bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through—while serving as an advocate and steward of Azurity’s Management System and standard ways of working. The Program Manager enables stakeholder teams to collaborate effectively, meet commitments, and maintain transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Build and maintain integrated workplans, action logs, risk/issue registers, and decision logs • Drive meeting cadence and meeting quality (agendas, pre-reads, notes, actions, and follow-ups)
  • Identify interdependencies across functions and escalate risks early with proposed options
  • Support creation and maintenance of project repositories and documentation standards

Management System Stewardship

  • Apply and reinforce Azurity’s Management System tools and expectations (e.g., A3s, tracking, disciplined meeting cadences)
  • Support development and upkeep of A3s and supporting artifacts for enablement initiatives
  • Help teams maintain transparency and accountability through consistent reporting rhythms

Enablement Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted program management partner to the Medical Office, Science Office (non-product work), and CBIO teams
  • Translate leadership direction into clear next steps and coordinated execution
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment by connecting the right stakeholders at the right time
  • Support development of concise, decision-ready updates for leadership forums

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify friction points in ways of working and recommend process improvements
  • Standardize templates, reporting, and meeting practices to reduce rework and increase clarity
  • Capture lessons learned and support rollout of improved practices across supported teams

Qualifications

Required

  • Demonstrated program or project management experience in a matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication, including meeting facilitation and executive-ready summaries
  • Comfort working through ambiguity; proactive problem solving and follow-through
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without formal authority

Preferred
