We’re looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our
brand new Moone Ponds store. This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales performance and smash targets
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
- Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we’re looking for
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
- Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.

- Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
