You will enjoy working collaboratively across teams, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and aligned with project requirements.
You are proactive, technically confident and committed to maintaining high standards in BIM delivery. You’ll also play a key role in supporting early‑career colleagues and promoting best practice across the business.
Your experience will ideally include:

- Strong working knowledge of BIM standards and processes, including EIRs, BEPs and ISO 19650
- Experience running BIM coordination meetings, reporting, validation and compliance checks
- Proven capability setting up and managing Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Confidence in providing BIM technical support, training or mentoring
- Supporting and shaping project BIM delivery alongside multi‑disciplinary design teams
- Ensuring models, data and workflows remain accurate, coordinated and fully compliant
- Setting up and managing project BIM environments and CDE configurations

- Championing best practice, quality and digital consistency across projects
- Supporting training, mentoring and development within the BIM and wider project team
