Senior Revit Technician – High Voltage

• →Develop and maintain coordinated 3D Revit models for High Voltage engineering projects.
• →Produce high-quality 2D drawings and documentation derived from Revit models.
• →Support engineers and designers in developing engineering layouts and design information.
• →Coordinate Revit models and design information across multiple engineering disciplines.
• →Identify and assist in resolving model and drawing coordination issues.
• →Produce and maintain drawings using AutoCAD where required.
• →Work in accordance with BakerHicks CAD, BIM and document control standards.
• →Follow project-specific CAD/BIM standards and client requirements.
• →Support the implementation of BIM and digital delivery processes within the High Voltage team.
• →Maintain accurate model and drawing information throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Participate in model reviews, design coordination meetings and project reviews where required.
• →Work collaboratively with CAD Technicians, Engineers, Designers and Project Managers across multidisciplinary teams.
• →Contribute to the continued development of Revit capability, standards and best practice within the High Voltage CAD team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working within a design and engineering environment, with strong Revit modelling skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery.

You will ideally have:

• Extensive experience using Autodesk Revit in an engineering environment.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience producing detailed engineering drawings and coordinated BIM models.
• Knowledge of BIM processes, standards and best practices.
• Experience working on infrastructure, power, utilities, energy or industrial projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience within High Voltage, Transmission & Distribution or related sectors would be advantageous.
