To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
Have 5+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, and warehousing
Have experience in policy governance, process design, and CoE
Have good knowledge of AI concepts and Power BI for analytics
Be able to lead change and influence without authority
Have good knowledge of logistics and customs processes and regulations

Requirements

Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma will be a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and regions.
Commitment to compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

What We Offer

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
