About Ballerina Farm
Ballerina Farm is a family-run business rooted in the simple beauty of life close to the earth. Located in the mountains of Utah, we take pride in raising animals and producing food with integrity, care, and respect for the land. What began as a passion for sharing wholesome, handcrafted food has grown into a thriving brand with a strong online presence and store locations where customers can experience our products firsthand. At Ballerina Farm, we believe in honest work, quality ingredients, and connecting people to where their food comes from and our goal is to bring the richness of farm life and thoughtfully produced food to tables across the country.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing Events team. Working directly under the Event Manager, this hands-on role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect our company’s mission and values — particularly as we expand our Ag Tourism presence in Kamas.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoys being on the ground making events come to life.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, setup, execution, and teardown of on-site and off-site events
- Maintain organization of storage spaces and inventory of event supplies, decor, and equipment
- Serve as on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations and a top-tier guest experience
- Maintain event calendars, task lists, and documentation to ensure all deadlines are met
- Prepare briefing material for roles and staffing schedules for event days
- Help standardize and maintain internal event processes and best practices
- Provide post-event feedback and recaps
- Support vendor sourcing and communication to confirm logistics, timelines, and on-site needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, retail, etc.) to ensure alignment and clarity around event timelines and needs
- Support the procurement of event materials, including researching, ordering, and tracking purchases
- Assist in collecting and organizing receipts and invoices for budget tracking and cost management
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 40 lbs) and be physically active during event setup/teardown
- Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (Asana, Canva) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
About the Opportunity
- This is a full-time, in-office position with hours on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Our offices are located in Midway and Kamas, UT
