Cashier - Cage - PT

• →Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
• →Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift.
• →Execute monetary transactions for guests.
• →Money handling accuracy.
• →Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position.
• →Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
• →Assist guests with player’s club accounts.
• →Must be friendly and courteous at all times
• →Must be able to apply customer service standards as directed
• →Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Shift Manager
• →Other duties as assigned   

Competencies:

• →High School Diploma/GED
• →Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• →Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• →Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• →Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. 
• →Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
• →Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English
• →Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission License

A casino environment exposed to bright flashing lights, noise, smoke and varied temperatures. Use of elevator and stairs. May include a boat and/or floating barge. May also work in a banquet/showroom environment with varied noise levels and temperatures, wet areas, and exposure to low-level lights.

Target Compensation Range:

• $ 14.50 per hour; based on experience
