Senior Operations Strategist

Balsam Brands, Inc., seeks Senior Operations Strategist. Worksite: 999 W Main St, Floor 10, Boise, ID 83702 (May Telecommute 2 days per week.). Must put job code (insert REQ # OPS26-006) on resume. 

Work on day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing across our businesses, while playing a key part in strategic initiatives such as inventory optimization, cross-functional process improvements, and peak season planning. Serve as primary point of contact for our warehouses and collaborate across teams—especially with our Manila team (virtually, no travel required), to enhance operational effectiveness. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions and support special projects. Work on coordination with warehouses and shipping carriers to ensure seamless order and inventory movement. Monitor and analyze supply chain and financial metrics to enhance cost efficiency and customer experience. Identify and implement process improvements by collaborating with supply chain, customer service, internal teams, and external vendors. Support with key requirements and testing the implementation of new Oder and inventory systems. Act as a key operations point person in cross-functional meetings, driving alignment and accountability. Collaborate across geographies, particularly with Manila-based teams (virtually), to ensure consistent execution and process adherence. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership, with insights and recommendations for improving order processing and inventory strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse operations, order flow, and inventory allocation, mentoring junior team members where appropriate. Contribute to broader operations strategy through analysis, planning, and execution support on key initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
• 24 months of relevant experience in supply chain, working with data analytics or operations, independently managing complex operational processes.
• Special Requirement: May Telecommute 2 days per week.
