Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week) 

12-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region, supporting tens of thousands of end users across a complex enterprise environment.

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a team responsible for software distribution and application support across a large-scale workstation platform. In this role, you will troubleshoot deployment issues, support packaged applications, and help ensure a stable and efficient end-user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, automation, and working with modern endpoint management technologies in an enterprise environment.

How you'll spend your day 

  • Ensure reliable software deployment and application availability across enterprise workstations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment and software patching incidents (L2–L3 support).
  • Investigate root causes of deployment issues and implement permanent solutions.
  • Support and maintain application packages and deployment configurations.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and support documentation.
  • Train and support L1 teams on common issues and best practices.
  • Analyze incident trends and drive continuous improvements to reduce recurring issues.
  • Support business-critical applications and software platforms across the organization.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Intune application deployment issues in Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, registry, file systems, and log analysis.
  • Experience with software packaging, deployment, and patch management.
  • Familiarity with Sysinternals tools is an advantage.
  • Structured, responsible, and quality-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills.
  • Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
