Baltimore Ravens Football Systems Developer (Software Engineer)   Dept: Football Analytics Position Reports To: Director of Football Systems Full-Time / In-Person (this is not a remote opportunity)   General Description The Baltimore Ravens are seeking a Football Systems Developer to join a collaborative team dedicated to building technology solutions that support our coaches, scouts, and performance staff. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While prior football expertise is not required, a genuine passion for the game and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Essential Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of internal web applications and tools, working primarily within the Ruby on Rails framework. Collaborate with developers, analysts, scouts, and coaches to support software solutions used throughout football operations. Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting, workflows, and ad hoc data requests. Build and maintain clean, user-friendly interfaces for internal stakeholders. Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements of internal systems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field. Strong foundation in Git, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to relocate to Baltimore, MD. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Company-paid health insurance, including health and vision. Dental insurance also provided with minimal employee contribution.
