Baltimore Ravens Public Address Announcer   Location: Baltimore, MD (Travel Provided for the Right Candidate) Schedule: All Ravens Home Games + Required Rehearsals/Meetings   Overview   The Baltimore Ravens are seeking an experienced, confident, and energetic Public Address Announcer to serve as the in‑stadium voice of Ravens football at M&T Bank Stadium. This role is a critical part of the Ravens’ home‑field advantage—setting the tone, amplifying energy, and guiding 70,000+ fans through every moment of the game.   The ideal candidate understands how to match the moment: bringing thunderous excitement when the stadium needs to erupt, delivering clear and authoritative information during fast‑moving game action, and shifting to a respectful, solemn tone during tributes or ceremonial elements. This awareness must happen instinctively and on the fly.   Candidates must be available for all home games, including preseason, regular season, and postseason. Local residency is not required; the Ravens will travel the right candidate in for every game and scheduled rehearsals.   Responsibilities   Game Action Announcing — Call plays, penalties, down‑and‑distance, scoring updates, and other football‑specific information with accuracy and clarity. Tone Awareness — Adjust your delivery to fit the moment: high‑energy for big plays, composed and authoritative during critical calls, and respectful during ceremonies, recognitions, and solemn moments. Player Introductions — Deliver powerful, high‑impact introductions that help create one of the NFL’s most electric home environments. Sponsor & Promotional Messaging — Read promotional elements in a polished, professional manner. Ceremonies and Recognitions — Voice pregame, halftime, and postgame ceremonies, community recognitions, and special presentations with the appropriate tone and pacing. Accurate Pronunciation — Learn and deliver correct pronunciations for all players, coaches, and special guests. Game Information Management — Stay organized with rosters, substitutions, statistics, and timing to ensure timely and accurate announcements. Production Collaboration — Work closely with Game Entertainment teams to support a cohesive show. We are looking for a creative and innovative teammate. Fan Engagement — Maintain a strong, positive presence that enhances the fan experience and contributes to the Ravens’ home‑field advantage. Community & Team Events — Represent the Ravens as a voice of the organization at select non‑game‑day events as needed.   Required Experience & Skills   Minimum 5 Years of PA Experience in professional or major collegiate sports. Football Experience Strongly Preferred due to the complexity of rules, timing, and play‑by‑play cadence. Strong Vocal Presence with a distinctive, authoritative, and engaging sound. Comfort with Large Crowds and the ability to communicate clearly in a high‑energy environment. Excellent Knowledge of Football including rules, terminology, timing, and game flow. Adaptability in Live Environments with the ability to make quick adjustments under pressure. Professional Demeanor and the ability to represent the Ravens brand with consistency and enthusiasm.   Availability & Travel   Must attend all Ravens home games, including preseason and postseason. Must be available for early arrivals, rehearsals, and production meetings. Non‑local candidates are welcome; travel will be arranged for the right individual. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the NFL schedule.   Compensation: $700 - $2000 / game   Submission Requirements   Candidates must submit: Resume Performance Reel (maximum 8 minutes – please include video of recording session) Reel should include: Player Introductions delivered with energy and dramatic presence (script included) Standard Play by Play game calls Big moment game call (touchdown, interception, etc.) 1 Promotional Read (script included) 1 Solemn Read (script included) 1 Seats for Service Read (script included) Video should be submitted as an unlisted YouTube link or shared cloud file (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)     How To Apply:   Complete the online application including a resume Complete the additional screening questions on the application Be sure to include ALL required performance reel links and references     ALL OF THESE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
