Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy across our production facility. Your work helps ensure our production teams have the materials they need while providing accurate information that supports purchasing, operations, and accounting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and track raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production supplies throughout the facility.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and production data within our inventory management systems.

  • Support inventory tracking across the Cutting, Cook, Packaging, Warehouse, and Sanitation departments.

  • Monitor usage of raw materials, marinades, batters, pre-dust, cooking oil, packaging film, boxes, and other production supplies.

  • Assist with inventory transactions and data entry within the Almyta inventory system.

  • Generate and distribute daily production process sheets and inventory reports.

  • Organize, maintain, and update production records and operational documentation.

  • Partner with the Sanitation Manager to track consumables, repair expenses, and department inventory.

  • Support Operations and Accounting by providing timely, accurate production and inventory reporting.

  • Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing.

  • Experience with inventory control, production reporting, or warehouse operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems such as Almyta is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.
