As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting customers up for long-term success on Bandwidth products by managing the implementation process for standard accounts. As a technical and operational contact post-sale and pre-account management, you will drive adoption and customer value by assisting with overall project delivery, including customer education and training, system configuration, QA, and setup.
To be successful as an Implementation Specialist, you should have foundational project management knowledge, be highly organized, be eager to learn, be able to easily communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, and work collaboratively across organizations.
Responsibilities

- →Support operational and product success by onboarding, training, and educating customers on Bandwidth products.
- →Create and set up customer configurations within Bandwidth systems.
- →Develop a solid understanding of Bandwidth products and services.
- →Identify basic implementation challenges and work with senior team members to develop practical recommendations to maximize customer value.
- →Document specific product setup and workflows.
- →Act as a technical liaison externally and internally, collaborating with Bandwidth Sales, Operation teams, and Product teams.
- →Work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams, and directly with our clients to understand how our products and services power their businesses.
Requirements
~1 min read- 0-2 years of implementation, project coordination, or relevant technical customer-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple standard projects cross-functionally at any given time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.
- Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication.
- Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical folks, from on-the-ground ops teams to leadership.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning to work in a consultative manner with customers.
- Process-oriented with a desire to learn, follow established processes, and provide feedback to create a positive experience for every customer.
- Action-oriented with a willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills—both technical and non-technical—in order to deliver the best solutions.
- Able to travel at least a few times a year, if needed.
