(Assistant / Deputy / Senior) Application Development Manager (SAE)

• →Participate in the full software development lifecycle of application systems, including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance under guidance;
• →Develop and maintain front-end (React/Vue/Angular) or back-end (Java/Python/.NET) modules with support from senior team members;
• →Learn to configure and support common middleware components such as API gateways, message queues (e.g., Kafka), caching systems (e.g., Redis), and load balancers;
• →Assist in system operations by monitoring alerts, documenting incidents, and supporting root cause analysis;
• →Support project delivery tasks such as progress tracking, documentation preparation, and coordination across teams;

• 1–5 years of experience in software development; fresh graduates are welcome;
• Basic understanding of front-end or back-end technologies and programming principles;
• Familiarity with common middleware(e.g., Nginx, Kafka, Redis) is a plus but not required;
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana), or logging systems (e.g., ELK) is advantageous;
• Basic knowledge of RPA tools is preferred but not mandatory;
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
