Responsibilities
~1 min read- HQ Communication & Alignment: Serve as the key on-site focal point for Hong Kong Headquarter. Regularly update HQ on local business progress, project status, market trends and regulatory updates. Support and ensure effective implementation of all HQ policies, product arrangements and work deployments locally.
- Local Product & Business Management: End-to-end management of local cash management products (e.g., corporate deposits, collections and payments, payroll services, cash pooling) and digital banking channels, including functional enhancement, process optimization, local adaptation and daily product governance.
- Local Client Solution & Service Delivery: Design, support and deliver tailored cash management solutions for local clients, covering product consultation, business application and service implementation.
- Lead Regional Key Initiatives: Take charge of the promotion and execution of regional strategic programs.
- On-site Training & Guidance: Provide hands-on training and professional guidance to local SEA teams, improving overall competency locally.
- Regional Oversight & Support: Maintain regular communication with SEA institutions, strengthen business alignment between Hong Kong headquarter and SEA institutions. Collaborate with HQ teams to deliver ongoing professional product guidance to all SEA institutions, and drive timely and effective delivery of regional key projects across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
~2 min read- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 5 years or above working experience in cash management products (payment) and/or digital banking channels. Candidates with solid SEA market experience (e.g., familiar with Southeast Asian payment and clearing markets such as Thailand’s PromptPay and Malaysia’s DuitNow) are strongly preferred.
- Able to accept frequent and flexible secondments to different Southeast Asian countries as assigned by HQ.
- Fluent in business English; proficiency in local Southeast Asian languages, Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
- Self-motivated person with strong project management skills with attentiveness to detail, be able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
- Innovative mindset with a strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to identify regional business opportunities and propose forward-looking recommendations.
