Banner Gateway Medical Center is a growing, state-of-the-art facility with 286 private patient rooms, nine operating suites, and a 43-room Emergency Department. Our Facilities Operations team plays a vital role in keeping the hospital and off-site clinics running smoothly by maintaining building systems, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, lighting, pneumatic tube systems, and more—helping our clinical teams provide exceptional patient care every day.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our facility operating safely and efficiently. This hands-on position includes plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, general maintenance, basic refrigeration, and the use of hand and power tools. You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail are top priorities. Healthcare facilities experience is preferred.
