As a Medical Assistant, you will be working directly with our patients and families after check-in. You will get a chance to help shape many lives by providing care to our patients. A career with Banner is great if you are just starting out or have many years’ experience.

Job Duties: MA responsible in the following but limited to; rooming patients, monitoring schedule, Injections, calling patients with results or other needs, intake of vitals, heavy admin duties as assigned, work with provider in procedures and procedure set ups. Work as a team with all back office members. MA will also need to complete referrals, prior authorizations, and assist in obtaining patient medical records. 
 
Soft Skills: Characteristics sought based on team culture or work environment expectations. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. A MA that can work with a fast-paced provider, prioritize and be able to multitask.
