The Banner UMC Main Campus Emergency Department has that awesome family feel of a small-town ER yet has the excitement of working in a large city. This position is for a FULL-TIME Emergency Department Paramedic, for the DAY Shift. The hours will be from 7:00AM - 7:30PM and will require 3 shifts per week, which will include weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. You will be able to enjoy our self-scheduling tool as well as earn a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential as well as an 18% Night Shift Differential where applicable.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for patient care in the emergency department as assigned under the medical direction of the base hospital EMS Medical Director. This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional paramedic practice. This position is accountable for the quality of patient services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
