We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our Pre-Admission Testing team in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role focuses on preparing patients for their upcoming procedures through comprehensive education and assessment.

Responsibilities

Educate patients on their scheduled procedures
→
Provide clear instructions on arrival times and NPO (nothing by mouth) guidelines
→
Prepare patients for their day of procedure to ensure optimal outcomes

Conduct thorough nursing assessments in the PAT clinic
Review and document patient medication history
Obtain comprehensive patient medical history
Report findings and collaborate with Nurse Practitioner

$35.43 - $59.05 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package.
