As a Resource Team RN, you will play a vital role in the assessments and plans of your patients at both our Banner University Medical Center Tucson and Banner University Medical Center South Tucson campuses. This recognition is based on the latest rankings for the 2024-2025 Best Regional Hospitals, considering performance in 15 specialties and 20 procedures and conditions. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports.

In your role as a Registered Nurse with our Resource Team Float Pool, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, Outpatient Observation, and more). In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team.
