About the Role
~1 min readGraceford, is a 68-bed residential aged care facility seeking an Enrolled Nurses to join a friendly, supportive team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the role focuses on delivering person-centered care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope.
- Ensure resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
- Promote resident choice, independence, and meaningful daily activities.
- Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain accurate documentation.
- Support infection control, medication administration, and workplace safety.
- Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
- Contribute to care plan reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with Accreditation and AN-ACC standards.
- Undertake ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA.
- Permanent part-time
- AM shifts: 7:00am–3:30pm
- Mostly weekend shifts, with some weekday shifts available
