Personal Care Worker

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Karana residential aged care home in Kew (VIC).

You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Successful candidates will be subject to a variety of background checks including a national criminal history check, reference checks, and if applicable WWCC, NDIS worker screening check and a pre-employment medical check.

• →Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
• →Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
• →Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
• →Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
• →Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
• NDIS Screening Clearance is mandatory
• Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care
