• Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
• Basic Life Support.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Additional Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card.
• ACLS, PALS required per department standards.

Minimum Required Experience: No Experience Required

**Current employee/New Grad Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) Bonus Eligibility:

• To qualify, candidate must have less than 1 year of RRT/CRT work experience. 
• For current Respiratory Therapist Intern employees not participating in the Allied Health Scholarship Program, the Bonus for Full Time RRT/CRT positions is $15,000 and for Part Time RRT/CRT positions is $7500.  
• For current Respiratory Interns or Respiratory Scholar Allied Health Partners receiving BHSF scholarship funds, a modified bonus for Full Time RRT/CRT positions is $6,000 and for Part Time RRT/CRT positions is $3000.  Respiratory Interns or Respiratory Scholar Allied Health Partners currently participating in the Allied Health Scholarship Program that received the $15,000 scholarship are not eligible.
• For current employees (non-intern or non-scholar) graduating and transferring to a Respiratory Therapist position during the bonus eligibility period, the Bonus for Full Time RRT/CRT positions is $15,000 and for Part Time RRT/CRT positions is $7500.
• The employee’s effective date for transfer/MSS promotion must be between the bonus eligibility period of November 30, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
• Candidate must successfully meet minimum requirements for the RRT/CRT position including obtaining a source verifiable FL RRT/CRT license prior to effective transfer/MSS promotion date.
• Candidate must remain employed in good standing with Baptist Health during the payout period.
• Bonus payout is 4 payments for a 2-year commitment/agreement period.
