Production Supervisor - Mid-Shift

Qualifications:

• →Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment
• →3+ years’ experience in supervisory capacity
• →Excellent leadership and team skills required. Able to effectively interface at all levels of the organization
• →Knowledge of processes and machines related to products manufactured within a given business unit
• →Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• →Excellent interpersonal skills and team player approach
• →Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access required

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or another related field highly preferred.
