Toolmaker (Third Shift, 11p-7a)

***PLEASE NOTE: This position will require 6 to 12 months of training on day shift (7a-3p) prior to transferring to 3rd shift (11a-7a).

• →NC Machining operation for manufacturing of dies and fixtures
• →Programming of CNC machines for above (Hyper Mill preferred)
• →Determines sequencing of machining operations for dies and fixtures
• →Works with engineering on tool designs
• →Determines repair methods for dies and fixtures
• →Performs a wide variety of machining operations requiring difficult setups and methods to maintain very close tolerances
• →Constructs, repairs, fits and assembles tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges to ensure correct fits and proper operations
• →Makes necessary tool tryouts and diagnoses and corrects problems
• →Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to perform the physical and functional requirements of the job, including standing for the majority of the work shift.
• Must possess a high levels of organization, detail orientation, self-awareness and prioritization skills.
