Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with software testing activities to ensure applications function as intended and meet business requirements.
- →Execute assigned test cases and document testing results accurately and consistently.
- →Identify and report software defects and assist in validating issue resolution.
- →Work with team members to understand application functionality, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- →Maintain test documentation, testing records, and related project materials.
- →Participate in software testing efforts for application enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- →Assist in developing test cases and preparing test data under the guidance of senior team members.
- →Learn and apply departmental quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices.
- →Contribute to team objectives and gain experience through active participation in quality assurance activities.
Requirements

- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, technical support, business systems, or related fields.
- Internship, academic project, or equivalent technology experience is a plus.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic understanding of software applications and business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and complete assigned tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
