Quality Assurance Analyst (Level 1)

• →Assist with software testing activities to ensure applications function as intended and meet business requirements.
• →Execute assigned test cases and document testing results accurately and consistently.
• →Identify and report software defects and assist in validating issue resolution.
• →Work with team members to understand application functionality, testing procedures, and quality standards.
• →Maintain test documentation, testing records, and related project materials.
• →Participate in software testing efforts for application enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• →Assist in developing test cases and preparing test data under the guidance of senior team members.
• →Learn and apply departmental quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices.
• →Contribute to team objectives and gain experience through active participation in quality assurance activities.

• Education
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, technical support, business systems, or related fields.
  • Internship, academic project, or equivalent technology experience is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic understanding of software applications and business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and complete assigned tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
