Responsibilities

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's GSA Program in the following areas:

  • Serve as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the CO and the COR
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
  • Responsible for the oversight of the entire project interfacing with the customer along with the project manager in some cases
  • Display knowledge of all aspects of the project, including cloud services and cybersecurity requirements
  • Develop project from inception to deployment
  • Provide expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity
  • General experience in information systems design and/or management
  • Develop and manage the PMP
  • Manage and motivate the team
  • Provide necessary approvals
  • Develop project reports
  • Enforce Quality Management System and company proprietary methodologies.
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches

An Ideal Candidate has:

  • Master's Degree in business or IT related field; PMP Required
  • 20 years of related experience
  • Ability to present problem-solving strategies
  • Effective communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to build effective work relationships
  • Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities
  • US Citizen
  • Job Type: Full-time
