Wholesale Warehouse Lead - CO

• →Oversee and train Wholesale Warehouse Associates to ensure operations run smoothly; acting as Wholesale Warehouse manager in absence of the Wholesale Distribution Manager. 
• →Assist in training new hires, and answering any questions or concerns the team may have
• →Delegate responsibilities to  Wholesale Warehouse Associates as needed
• →Receive wholesale inventory
• →Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• →Print orders from Warehouse Management System and pick items as listed on the Packing Slip to attach to the package making necessary edits as needed
• →Printing and applying labels to orders as needed
• →After order is shipped send Order Acknowledgement and Advance Ship Notice
• →Inspect products for errors, defects and damages
• →Organize and palletize outgoing shipments based on retailer specifications
• →Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• →Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• →Communicate with direct supervisors with any concerns
• →Proactively address monitor to inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• →Assist in cycle counting as needed 
• →Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Requirements:

• →Standing or sitting for extended periods
• →High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• →Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• →Repetitive wrist motion 
• →Audible recognition of alarms
• →1 year of relevant experience, preferred.
• →Attention to detail 
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• →Excellent Communication Skills
