Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew

Location: Monroe, WI
Pay: $17/hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for a variety of local events, shows, and promotions.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and being in a fast-paced environment.

• →Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
• →Operate a company-provided truck and trailer to travel to and from event locations
• →Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
• →Maintain organization and condition of equipment and materials
• →Collaborate with team members to meet setup and teardown timelines

• Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays
• Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
• Availability to work weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Experience in event setup, construction, or similar physical work (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
