Events Coordinator

• → Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory
• → Negotiate contracts with event vendors
• → Plan and maintain a yearly calendar of events and shows
• → Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
• → Schedule staff for events and ensure proper coverage
• → Coordinate booth setup and teardown
• → Generate leads by setting appointments for free in-home consultations
• → Collect contest entries at events
• → Follow up with leads to schedule consultations
• → Track, measure, and report event performance and results

•  Strong communication skills
•  Positive, outgoing personality
•  Excellent planning and organizational abilities
•  Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to stand for extended periods
•  Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
•  Availability to work weekends
