Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking career minded Retail Sales Professionals in the Aiken-North Augusta Area. Qualified applicants must possess above average interpersonal skills and a natural tendency to embrace customer service. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and able to perform many forms of troubleshooting and smartphone and device repair. Must be a Team Player and have self initiative and the maturity to work with little or no direct supervision. Position requires learning the skills to repair smartphones and other electronic devices. We will teach you to become a battery, lighting and Device Repair Tech expert. This is a growth oriented position looking for the right individual. Full time and part time positions available. Position has a $15-$18/hr. base wage plus commission for those that want to excel. We are searching for career minded people that want to acquire business experience and obtain maturity for their future growth. This is not a position suited for those looking for a paycheck. Our team is made up of individuals that hold each other responsible .

Qualifications:

Batteries Plus Bulbs is a small business that requires all members are team oriented. Must have above average interpersonal skills. Work Attendance Reliability High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have sales experience and capable of demonstrating those skills during an interview. Possess a sense of customer service professionalism at all times Be willing to work an alternating evenings and weekend work schedule Be capable of carrying out instructions and implementing of projects with little or no supervision. Multi-tasking and have the ability to effectively follow up is required at all times. Have a willingness to successfully participate in all company goals and objectives.
