BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA office, conveniently located near the Broad Street Line.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate and manage client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
- →Support field staff in delivering high-quality home care services
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- →Assist with growing office caseload through exceptional customer service and relationship management
- →Collaborate with office leadership to monitor operational and financial metrics, including overtime, unfilled hours, and gross margin
- →Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
- →Support employee recognition and retention initiatives
- →Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems
Requirements

- Home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
- Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
- Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
