We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Experience (CX) Supervisor to lead our front of house team across our aquatic venues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer focused environment, has a knack for leadership, and ideally a background in recreation.

 

As the CX Supervisor, you’ll ensure our customers receive exceptional service while supporting the daily operations of the venue. You’ll also play a key role in our programmes, promotions and community engagement.


We are looking for a natural leader with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. You’ll bring a warm, approachable style and thrive in diverse, people focused environments, and understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service in busy public facing venues.


You’ll be confident managing teams, resolving customer enquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’re proactive, organised, communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and know how to bring out the best in others.
