Facility Manager - Russian Language Required

At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Facility Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and efficient facility management for residential areas.
• Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market.
• Support bbf: residents in the centralized management of buildings, structures, and support services within residential areas (this includes understanding residential systems, addressing claims, staying informed about general residents meetings, and more).
• Provide management and administrative support to residents in bbf: residential areas.
• Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities.
• Supervise technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings.
• Ensure effective communication with contractors to facilitate completion or adjustments of pending tasks.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian, advanced command of English, Greek language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field is preferrable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management.
  
• Experience in sustainable facility management is an asset.
• Strategic thinking and crisis management abilities, with business-minded and cost-conscious mindset.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
  
• Good interpersonal and reporting skills are key.
