Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Plainfield, IN

As our Warehouse Team Lead in Plainfield, IN, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by guiding the team responsible for product movement, storage, and staging. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can lead by example while keeping processes efficient, safe, and on track.

· Requires proven ability to deal with “internal” customers.

· 3-5 years Experience in fulfillment of high number of SKU's including Pick, Pack, and Ship using ERP WMS system with RF guns.

· Teamwork – Proven ability to motivate a team of associates to continuously improve results.

· Ability to communicate clearly.

· Requires solid working knowledge of Order Processing and Shipment Quality Control and Material Movement in a SKU intensive Fulfillment operation.

· Work independently with a high level of integrity.

· Ensure that the BDA way is understood and internalized by all.

· Maintain high expectations of performance for team.

· Motivate team individuals to perform their best.

· Provide excellent training resources to staff.

· Responsible for good communication and coordination between all materials and logistics staff.

· Seek out and share ideas for greater ease of process.

· Support a safe work environment for all BDA associates.

· Lead to Goals Management and Metric Reports.

· Develop/review/identify process improvements to support fulfillment center and BDA needs.

· Other Duties as needed.

We are pleased to share the range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 an hour. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
