Responsibilities

→Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
→Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and

→Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing,
→electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
→Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and
→malfunctions.
→Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of
→repair equipment and supplies.
→Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
→Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
