Responsibilities

Review APM procedures and interact with document owners to ensure compliance with standard procedures and regulations.

Support the Change Control process for Irvine and International. Interact with all users and guide them on the process. Process change request for Irvine and International.

Support special projects, such as new product launch, sustaining changes, training assignment, records retention, CAPAs, SA, etc. in collaboration with team members; identify opportunities for improvement including developing and proposing solutions. Ensure documents are delivered at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

Follow up with Change owners to ensure all activities pending to implement the change are completed.

Maintain accurate records of APM documentation. Following and improving Quality System Documents.

Support Change Control metrics. Produce report for document update progress, change requests, and document periodic review.

Support internal and external audits.

Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
- →
Serve as the conduit between various departments, promoting cohesive strategies to address quality issues and mitigate risks.
