Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from participating in initial architectural discussions and tech-stack evaluations to the hands-on execution of complex features. We value collective intelligence, and you will be expected to bring your expertise to the table to help design scalable systems and support the team in maintaining high engineering standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Architecture & Design: Actively participate in the design of new services and system components, providing input on scalability, reliability, and technical feasibility.
- →Tech-Stack Participation: Contribute to the evaluation of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to ensure our technology stack remains efficient and effective.
- →Feature Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of robust features, ensuring high-quality implementation across both front-end and back-end layers.
- →Peer Mentorship: Support fellow engineers through constructive code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
- →Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for technical improvement within our codebase and development processes, helping to implement best practices.
- →Agentic Development: Contribute to the team's agentic toolkit by designing reusable components for agent reasoning and skill execution.
Requirements
~1 min read- 6+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and advanced CSS/HTML.
- Professional experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go) and API design.
- Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling and database optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to architectural discussions and understand system-wide implications of technical choices.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/K8s), and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with developing services and APIs in a cloud based microservices ecosystem.
- Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to navigate high-level ambiguity and technical complexity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A natural inclination for ownership, proactive problem-solving, and driving technical initiatives to completion.
