Position: Technical Sales Manager (Vietnam)
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Reports To: Senior Global Strategy Manager

Position Overview
Bear Robotics is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support the expansion of our robotics and automation business in Vietnam.
This role will focus on technical sales of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and automation solutions, working closely with manufacturing customers to identify opportunities and implement robotic automation projects.
The ideal candidate will have technical sales experience in industrial equipment, factory automation, or robotics, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing environments and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical sales of robotics and automation solutions to manufacturing customers in Vietnam
• Identify new customers and develop B2B project-based sales opportunities
• Analyze factory environments and equipment to propose AMR-based automation solutions
• Collaborate with system integrators (SI) and partners to support robotics deployment projects
• Work closely with Bear Robotics US and internal engineering teams to support technical discussions and project execution

Qualifications
- Required

• Native-level Korean
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Technical sales experience in automation equipment, robotics, or industrial machinery
• Basic understanding of factory equipment and automation systems
• Experience working with global teams or in overseas business environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Preferred

• Experience in AMR / AGV / Factory Automation industries
• Experience working with manufacturing customers
• Experience collaborating withsystem integrators (SI)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

• Korean (Required)
• English (Required)
• Vietnamese (Preferred)
