・社内連携:Product/Engineering/Operations/Finance等と連携し導入プロジェクトを推進
・重要アカウントの技術窓口として、継続/拡大に向けたアクションをリード
・Pre-sales / Solution Management / ITソリューション領域での経験:5年以上
・日本語・英語:ビジネスレベル
・製造業/ロボット/AMR/AGV領域の経験
・ハードウェア/ソフトウェアの基礎理解(ネットワーク含む)
・複数ステークホルダーを巻き込むプロジェクト推進力
・Google Workspace等を用いたドキュメンテーション/スケジュール管理
・チーム/人のマネジメント経験(採用・育成・評価・目標管理など)
・技術とビジネスの両面から、分かりやすく提案を組み立てられる
・顧客志向で、課題の深掘りと改善提案をやり切れる
・不確実な状況でも仮説→検証で前に進められる
・社内外と信頼関係を築き、調整を粘り強く進められる

Responsibilities
~1 min read・Provide technical support to partner companies for our products and services, and build strong working relationships
・Propose deployment and operational best practices to maximize robot efficiency and utilization
・Collect customer feedback and drive improvement proposals to increase customer satisfaction
・Own partner-facing technical activities end-to-end (proposal → deployment → operations)
・Plan and deliver PoCs, technical briefings, and product demos for customers and partners
・Strengthen existing partnerships and identify new partners to expand accounts
・Evaluate feasibility, benefits, and risks, and define solution proposals and deployment approaches
・Drive deployment projects by working cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Operations/Finance and other teams
・Serve as the technical point of contact for key accounts, leading actions for retention and expansion
・5+ years of experience in pre-sales / solution management / IT solutions
・Business-level Japanese & English
Nice to Have

・Foundational understanding of hardware and software systems (including networking)
・Strong project execution skills across multiple stakeholders
・Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling/documentation tools

・Able to translate technical details into clear, business-friendly proposals
・Customer-focused and proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements
・Comfortable with ambiguity; moves forward through hypothesis → validation
・Builds trust and coordinates effectively across internal and external stakeholders
