We're changing how homeowners access their equity. Instead of another loan, our customers sell us a small share of their home and receive $50,000–$500,000 in cash — with no monthly payments, no interest, and no need to move out. It's a genuinely new idea, and most people have never heard of it, so our Equity Guides are the ones who make it clear, build trust, and help each homeowner decide what's right for them.

What you'll do

• Guide homeowners by phone, text, and email — you're the calm, human voice on every deal
• Explain a brand-new financial product in plain, everyday language
• Get to the heart of what each customer actually needs, and be honest when we're not the right fit
• Walk people from first hello to funded, keeping it simple the whole way
• Leave every customer feeling informed, unpressured, and glad they called

Who you are

• Warm, genuinely curious, and a good listener
• Great on the phone and comfortable making numbers feel easy
• Honest and consultative — you'd rather lose a deal than oversell one
• Organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn
• Some background in sales, customer service, or financial services helps (mortgage experience is a plus, never required)
