- Ensure production output meets defined acceptance criteria before transfer to test or deployment preparation.
- Support investigation of production-related failures found during test or field deployment.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure material readiness and minimize shortages.
- Monitor WIP, inventory usage, and critical part constraints affecting build schedules.
- Help define reorder signals, kit readiness processes, and production staging practices.
- Drive Lean, 5S, visual management, and process efficiency improvements across the production floor.
- Improve layout, workstation design, tool control, and material flow.
- Define and track KPIs such as output, first-pass yield, rework rate, schedule adherence, and labor efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.
- Safety and Compliance
- Maintain a safe, organized, and disciplined production environment.
- Enforce EHS practices relevant to assembly, lifting, power tools, electrical integration, pressure-related preparations, and wet test support.
