Nice to Have

  • Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
  • Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

Responsibilities

  • →Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions.
  • →Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies.
  • →Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs.
  • →Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery.
  • →Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned.
  • →Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs.
  • →Maintain required training trackers and session documentation.
  • Active RBT certification.
  • Previous ABA/BT experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coach and support other BTs.
  • Reliable and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Saturday availability required.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RBT who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities while continuing to make a direct impact with learners.
